I am a success story. Last fall I was unable to walk and fearful about my need for an operation, within weeks of meeting with Dr. Sarno I was showing GREAT signs of progress; I too am a complicated case, but I do the 'homework' and have resumed all activities with little difficulty. I'm happy you were helped just by reading Sarno's book. I made a post on my blog today about using Sarno's methods. I'm one of those whose pain seems to be more complicated; I've taken classes with a follower of Sarno, Dr. Howard Schubiner in Michigan, and still working on the MBS methods.
